  • Firstly, Download the application “Axis Mobile” from Google play store or apple app store. 
  • Click on login to register once the application is launched. Verification message for the same will be sent from the registered mobile number.
  • To use the services like axis bank balance enquiry, axis bank mini statement, funds transfer and many more, firstly we need to set the mPin.

B) Axis OK

It is an android based application which can even be used in an offline mode i.e. without any internet service. No registration is required to use this application. The only requirement of this application is that the account holder shall send a request for the service which he/ she wishes to use from their registered mobile number.

To get Axis bank mini statements, Axis bank net banking can also be used. An account holder is first required to enter customer ID and password so as to login net banking.  Then the services like balance enquiry, mini statement etc can be accessed.

Step 1: To get an axis bank mini statement via missed call, the mobile number should be first registered with the bank.

Step 2: Give a missed call to the number 18004196969 and 18004196868  for Hindi. After two to three rings the call will automatically get disconnected.
